if it's official, then we should do it at the end of the year, when most of us is kinda free.......

Off the head idea...

1. Members collectible name tags - laminated and wearable around the neck.

2. Official members T-shirts.

2. Food n venue. - Preferably buffet

3. Lucky Draw n Competition winner prizes. The Tycoons n Maybe Steve can donate to this event :)

3. Gathering activities and games..

• Viewing of TF episodes of Movies.
• Guessing blurred images of a figure and identifying it.
• Transforming a TF in the shortest time.
• Diorama competition.
• Repaint and Customized competition.
• Members showcase of their rarest figures.. preferably displayed in deltolf cabinets..if possible. If not then in some kind of casing .. ideas pending..
• Quizzes and TF Impersonations.

4. Special Limited edition repaint figures done by our customizes. - this can either be a prize or better yet... put up for auction and the amount can be put to good use like maybe donate to a worthy cause... or an orphanage?

5. Following the earlier idea... maybe each members/attendee can donate toys for Orphanage as well. Minimum is at least 1 deluxe figure. The more the merrier.

6. All existing members have to bring a new member in who is interested in TF.

7. No publicity... I really don't like the idea of this turning into a loud advertising glamor trip wanting attention in the media.

Just a few ideas here.. what do u guys think??

If gathering is in KL, i got no problem at all attending. I thought Tanos coming down to KL

KL got no people to organize lar.... that's why i volunteer to hold it in Kluang, my home... it would not be possible for me to organize a gathering in KL since i got no place to be used as a venue...

It's doable bro.. we just need dedicated delegated members to make it work... It's been done B4 locally... check page 14 for my ideas :p

i'm in ler.... look up there...

It need these committees:

1. Accommodations/venue
2. F&B - food and beverage (in case uncle dont understands)
3. Games, activities and souvenirs

I'm all cool with the idea, but my worry is just that you guys wont buy it when i say i cannot be in the committee due to personal reasons...
I dont want back-talks lah actually.
Its also the very same reason why i resigned from the Volvo Club committee and a club at work... Hehe...

But I am indeed COOL with the idea.




In fact, was just about to ask, if there's any charity events that we do here? Even once a year pun i can accept one. My preference is "underprivileged kids", which may include abused ones, orphaned ones, or abandoned ones.

Naturally the Mods will all have to be involved if this is a go... I can be the organizer ..organizing events n making sure that all delegated members have their delegated jobs done. All other members with any other resources are welcome to join... eg.. if u have a friend who owns a restaurant or so forth... maybe we can strike a deal to book the venue n a buffet meal.
